What's CBT?

CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and it's a form of therapy used to promote rational thoughts and healthy behaviors. CBT is acceptable for all ages, including children. This form of therapy gains its notoriety since it provides resources for a wide variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, and OCD. The goal is uprooting irrational beliefs that may be hindering you from reaching your full potential.
